Pros

Geekbears is very committed to ensuring that the team feels comfortable and committed to their responsibilities. They always take care of the team's ideas; also, they have the flexibility to work remotely and meet with the team at our offices. So they make the best of both worlds. They offer the law perks + additional ones, such as stock options and additional PTO's.

Cons

Since it's a small team they need to continue improving their internal process, and sometimes we need to make decisions based on our experience, but that makes me grow a lot since I learn and gain experience from what I do in the company. Also sometimes they need to pivot from one idea to another in order to continue improving.
