Pros
I'm working with one of the sub-brands of Geely. It is a start-up with great opportunities to make a change. The colleagues and team spirits are the biggest reason for the great environment.
Cons
Unfortunately with many start-ups, there are a lot of managers who are not fit for leadership. It is very hierarchical and the personal development is not always prioritised. There are a lot of over-time required and still very chaotic at times, with re-organisations and changes happening frequently.
