      Pros

      Still relatively new, but its okay so far. Nurse residency program is helpful.

      Cons

      Scheduling is unfair. The entire month of December is blocked out, so you can't use any PTO. Call out policy is a joke. Any call out is unexcused unless you are literally hospitalized.

      The management team is outstanding. They are caring, approachable, and create a family-like environment. Training is comprehensive, and the team’s talent and collaboration really stand out.

      Cons

      While the work environment is great, the pay doesn’t fully match the responsibilities and could be improved.
