We appreciate your feedback. You are right, certain roles do require a degree; however, your work experience is also highly valued! We encourage all of our employees to pursue their education goals, which is why we offer a tuition reimbursement program which starts on day one of hire. If you have concerns or questions, we encourage you to connect with your manager and/or HR representative.

Pros

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
