Pay and teamwork. No one ever wanted to step up to the plate until last minute, a lot of pointing fingers on who does what or who owns what. Project planning stopped making sense after awhile.

There is NOTHING positive about this company.

This CEO was like watching a slow-motion train wreck — entirely predictable, yet somehow worse than expected. Leadership decisions were erratic, uninformed, and often driven more by ego than data. Strategy changed weekly, accountability was nonexistent, and toxic culture trickled down from the top. Every failure was blamed on the team, the market, or “external forces” — never on the person making the calls. RUN
