I was a long time employee of GenPsych. The only positive experience from there was the coworkers met along the way.
Cons
Upper management treat employees poorly. The CEO is a narcissist who talks poorly about employees and is verbally and emotionally abusive. He is supposed to be a psychiatrist who helps people but he causes his employees emotional stress and damage.
