1. No process. Decisions are purely made on personal choices. There is only one leader and he decides what to be done. 2. One of the value of GenSigma was people friendly. The empathy is only shown in papers and words. Not actual. 3. Long working hours. 4. I had to follow up for months to get my relieving letter. If you resign, they will treat you as an enemy. Similar experiences was shared by 2 other ex-employees. 5. The employees shown in LinkedIn are fake. They are actually not employees. The headcount informed to me was totally wrong when I joined the organisation. 6. No career opportunities as there aren't any structure nor options. You can be an individual contributor and incentives are given for that. 7. Since it's a small organization, they expect you to work any time and you can expect call in non working hours as well.
