Pros
Good pay, good people, good attitude toward employees. All of the aspirations to be a great company are there. Been working for them for the last five years. Small and agile. Not much politicking around, drama, bureaucracy or other things that hinder larger firms.
Cons
Smaller firm, process and the helpful bureaucracy is not there either. Review process, official titles and positions, etc. are all in flux. Benefits could be better.
