Pros
Great benefits, onsite gym, transportation options. Positive thinking of most everyone you work with. Great development opportunities, senior management is willing to dedicate time to develop their employees to be sure everyone has a good work life balance. Bonus and Stock option programs are great, and good ways to keep us motivated
Cons
Difficult to get promoted from a lower level position. Often job opportunities are not given to internal candidates, even though that is the "mantra", promote from within. Often, senior management focuses so much on development, that they lose focus on what's important, and it feels that some people are always doing development, and not real value adding work.
