Cons
The company overall offers great benefits and salaries in comparison to other companies. However, the overall culture and policies do extend to all departments. The department i currently work for operates within its own jurisdiction and primary concern is about performance and saving money at the expense of employee morale. It is difficult to get out of the department if you have not had opportunities to participate in projects or job rotations.
