      Pros

      Wonderful employees and lots of intellectual people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and favoritism on an executive level. The majority of the executive team are not great leaders. The CEO (No longer David Klein), VP of HR, and CIO are all friends from past jobs and they don't take constructive criticism very well. Eliminating employees they don't like or those who won't say yes to their requests.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were great. The company has a lot of potential if they focus on what makes money.

      Cons

      No equity amongst staff, treat the people that come to work everyday better. No systems in place to get things done.
