Pros
Good people, modernized facilities, and good learning experience.
Cons
Negative upper management. Its all about the V.P's and directors hitting there numbers to line there pockets. If numbers are low all departments have extra pressure put on them to perform. Lack of positive feedback, and the expectations required are often unrealistic. The company philosophy is to over manage and micro manage, this often includes verbal jabs and threats about loosing your job. Most of the employees in my department are currently looking for employment elsewhere. The dealer network is also burnt out on management putting pressure on them for more growth. The tensions in the air are so thick you could cut it like a knife thru butter. Pay is below industry equivalents, management has the attitude of "to bad there are plenty of others that would be happy to have the position"
