6yWe appreciate the 8+ years you’ve spent with us, and we’re glad to know that you’re happy with your flexible schedule, your retirement benefits and your job security – all of which are very important to us, too. While we’re obviously disappointed to hear your views on our culture, our management teams do, in fact, grow and change. As do our processes. But it takes time when an organization grows as quickly as we’ve been growing, and so we appreciate your efforts to push us.
