Pros
it is a good entry level aerospace company. Definitely a good place to build a resume, like I said if you are new to aerospace.
Cons
Annual raises, senior leadership, management only caters to favorites regardless of said employees work ethic and skill. There's also a huge lack of communication within the company and is often corrected when it is too late rather work on the problem at hand. Not a good place to work if you have 5+ years of aerospace experience.
