Macanudo, Cohiba, CAO, Partagas, Punch, etc. Great place to work if you are creative, entrepreneurial, and want to put your own stamp on a product/company. Good leadership team.

Sometimes management forgets to catch people doing things right. It's tobacco, so it's a very challenging, fast paced category.
