management was not technical. they had strict SLA's they imposed on their employees (separate from customer SLA's). I was hired for Tier 2, but it was a requirement to get trained in tier 1 first. They did not tell me training was for 1 year minimum, before I could do the actual job I was hired for. Training was SLOW. The job was boring, overly easy, and not fulfilling.
