Pros
It's good for entry level into a call center. People that work there are all nice. The hours are Monday thru Friday. You can get holidays off.
Cons
You will not get a raise ever it's not in the contract. You cannot get up trained they do not have it at that center. They treat you like you are a robot not a human being. Absences run on a point system not good for people with kids.
