Pros
Their 401K matches up to 6% which is good. My particular contract has flexible hours thats about the only other pro that I can even think of.
Cons
This company severely underbid for a DoD contract and won since the government chose upon best price. Needless to say all employees were given 25 to 30% paycuts. There is ZERO room for growth, no raises, no bonuses. You have to take on more work and get nothing out of it. How can you pay employees with college degrees such terrible salaries? Shame on this company.
