Pros
I was a seasonal CSR 1. I worked at a major call center assisting people enrolling in the Health Insurance Marketplace. I was there a little over three months and earned a retention bonus of over $1,500, plus I had the opportunity for a lot of overtime during the six week open enrollment period.
Cons
The job ended. I liked it and would have stayed if offered a position.
