      Decent compensation and benefits, but you don't get a sense of the corporate culture working at a client site.

      Cons

      With that management is very hands off and not a lot of communication or opportunities for advancement when working on-site for a client.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
