      The level of trust from the customers was satisfying and there was always challenging work available.

      Cons

      GDIT is very quick about laying off personnel from projects that are not making money.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
