Pros
Friendly atmosphere, ability to work overtime if desired, constant changing work areas as a contractor, starting pay is decent, some employees are very easy to work with.
Cons
The disgruntled employees complain all day long about every little thing, company obviously takes advantage of cheap labor (from Mexico) who can't write in English and can barely speak it. They work hard, but perform jobs incorrectly.
