      There are people who really care about the mission and their customers.

      It is very easy to be undervalued. Individuals are more focused on keeping power than solving problems. Good people fall through the cracks and ultimately leave.

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
