Pros
This employer pays decent wages. They are roughly competitive to other similar industries. If you are protected by a union then you are likely to experience greater satisfaction.
Cons
There is a lot of nepotism, and poor leadership in some of the non-union departments. They have abysmal HR policies, and there is no recourse for issues with hiring and preferential treatment. For such a wealthy company they also are very frugal and provide no extras to their employees beyond a decent wage.
