Always busy, never slow it's good but sometimes stressful to be growing all the time.

There are some dedicated and kind individuals among the non-management staff, and the level of micromanagement is relatively low, allowing for some autonomy in completing your work.

Unfortunately, the company’s leadership and culture leave much to be desired. There is a noticeable lack of transparency and accountability within management and each person provides contradictory information which is troublesome for employees. Verbal conversations and/or agreements carry no weight, even if documented in writing, and raising concerns can, and will, be met with hostility—even from executive leadership who has no issue calling people psychos if they are met with information their management passed along and is further being ‘called out’ on. I personally witnessed several highly unprofessional and appalling incidents, including aggressive and inappropriate behavior that had no place in a professional setting. One such incident got so loud and aggressive that I didn’t feel safe in my workspace and had to quietly sneak away to another part of the building to avoid the repulsive screaming exchange and slamming of items between the owner and another member of management.
