Unachievable KPIs due to a contract agreed to that places undue strain on its staff. Inconsistent in case management spread accross staff. They will hand you big case loads in short spaces of time. Bullying and harrassment by contractee staff and occasionally gen health staff. Every consultant I knew was stressed and frustrated and promising to quit nearly daily. Enormously high turnover, they dont have many staff stay long. Micromanaging by contractee staff. Contractee staff will take months to review your reports but have time to watch over shoulder.
