      Structured training programme. Approachable instructors. Good after support by placement managers.

      Pros

      An ability to progress your career to a certain point if you put the work in. Some good people, good holiday allowance and nice company cars.

      Cons

      Too many middle managers, no clear direct report. Daily/weekly/monthly reporting that is a bit over the top. Yearly salary reviews were disappointing.
