Be prepared to be in a toxic work culture that is driven and feeding on your personal life- every department you go in will ask personal questions unrelated to the job- god forbid you keep your personal life private bc they do not like that- they want you to be one of them without saying it- too many cliques- not enough skilled agents who actually do the job correctly, maintenance has favorites where they do not take calls at most times, we’re service takes all of the calls, and alarming takes none of the calls, very inadequate way to work as a business- it should be teamwork where one department takes all the work and it’s unfair
