Pros
-I've worked here for a few years now and it's been a huge step up from my other experiences. There's a reason so many people get referred to the services here. I've seen the staff and administration here bend over backwards to ensure that the needs of children are met. -Children that other professions have labelled as "lost causes" have become independent and hard working adults in Genesis's ABA program. -The staff and administration are honest, hard working, and compassionate. Highly, highly recommended both to parents seeking behavioral therapy for their kids and professionals looking for a warm, caring, and friendly place to work. -They've worked with my hours in such a way that I can keep working full time and go to school full time. -My advice and suggestions are always taken into consideration and never dismissed outright. -If you need help with certain assignments the administration will usually allocate time to accommodate. -If you're interested in doing something other than what you've been hired for in the company, there's really open mobility and chances to try different things. If you're excited to try things within the company, your resume will expand really fast.
Cons
-The company can sometimes be so accommodating to clients that the company overall may be taking a loss on particular clients. I personally consider this a pro, but from a business sense this could be seen as a con.
