      Good pay, a few good people.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, essentially bullies, high turnover rate, some CNAs that think they run the place more than the management, you have to fit in or you won't be there long.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
