      Close to home, and the people I work with are the best. We do a lot with so little support from the management.

      Cons

      Benefits, pay, and the way that employee's are appriciated. Large company with small company methods. Not a lot of opportunity for promotions.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
