      You are very rewarded from the residents. When you truly care about your residents, it is a great feeling everyday.

      Cons

      There is no positive reinforcements. Management does not inquire with staff about changes being made.

      Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, nice office space

      Cons

      Horrendously overworked. They kept promising help that never arrived. I felt terrible having to let certain tasks fall by the wayside because I was always drowning. I was afraid to take a day off and worked through illnesses, making it harder to recover. Administrator didnt care.
