Carreer growth, Was promoted from PT to DOR, great staff and friendly work environment, less productivity requirement than other rehab companies, many locations and good clinical mentorship
Cons
Make you burn out by the expectations from DOR. Making a DOR duties from recruiting, staffing, scheduling to treating full time bcz of no coverage, no work life balance, unsatisfied employees keep calling out and resigning bcz of lack of raises, poor health benefits, staff has to travel to get hours leading to staff frustration, pressure from COAD to coax the staff to travel to other facilities and no support from COAD to deal with staff frustrations. No holidays, difficult vacation time approval, they fire staff easily, because they are a big corporation, they dont care about employees
