the remote work was the most convenient feature about working with Genesis. Looking for similar jobs in the market has shown me that their pay rate wasn't bad.
Cons
unfortunately, they do not take into consideration how letting go of 30% of the staff would affect our lives, instead if splitting it between their corporate offices they let go of almost their entire albuquerque team.
I never got a pay raise in the 3 years I worked for them and overtime was non existent, if for some reason you had to go over your hours they would rather split your days than just give you overtime.
