Pros

lot of school people on this team. it’s pretty laid-back and now you get to work from home doing calls.

Cons

The company's approach to compensation is quite disappointing. They initially state a certain rate, but there are instances where employees do not receive the promised payment unless they consistently follow up. This lack of transparency and inconsistency gives off an unprofessional vibe. Despite attempting to present a professional image, the company's actions suggest otherwise. The interview process starts off promising, but the subsequent Zoom meeting involves a large number of people dominated by one individual. Despite claiming seven years of experience, the frequent changes in wages, procedures, scripts, call locations, and promotions make it seem like the company is newly established. The lack of stability and consistent policies makes it difficult to find a sense of reliability in this job.

Pros

Opportunity to sell solar to residents

Cons

When I was first hired the hiring manage told me I had two options for compensation. I could be paid a base hourly wage salary with a commission, or I could be paid just commission but it would be larger than the first option. Once I started working they told me that they no longer paid employees by the hour and that everything was fully commission.
