Challenges in obtaining qualified staff and officers

Lack of supervision. They won't breathe down your neck too hard because they're too cheap to expend the resources.

When they hired me, they baited me into the interview with a $22/hr flex job without defining what "flex" meant - meaning its flexible for them, not the guard. They offered me "rock bottom" $17.50 per hour. When I checked my first paystub, they decided to only pay me $17 an hour. They only changed it and gave the difference back after I threatened to go to the labor commissioner. Stay away. I left for G4S (now Allied) pretty much as soon as it was practical.
