Great company but Management problems - Anonymous employee GenesisCare Employee Review

Salaries are shocking to say the least. Management quite happily splash money on temporary staff and big advertising campaigns but fail to employ the right people on reasonable salaries. High turnover of staff due to poor development and respect for staff. For some reason, there is a big divide in status and a lot of snobbery associated with Senior Management. Too much focus on negatives and no gratitude for a job well done. No canteen or any type of lunch service.
