      Pros

      -Nice location -gym and free coffee

      Cons

      Employees are put under lot of stress by management. Employees are evaluated on metrics which are impossible to achieve and makes no sense. Too much office politics. Do not get paid for overtime . Employees are not appreciated whether you go above and beyond to achieve results. Tech support is expected to give support on products for which they have not received proper training themselves.

Top culture in our industry, and direct line to leadership on marquee deals. CEO and founder who is still highly invovled. Supporting leadership cast that are highly engaged.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
