Pros
Decent hourly rate, can listen to music and podcasts for 8 hours and go home. Watching how poorly they manage employees, I can learn how to not manage in the future. Pay insecurity is the worst thing you can do to an employee.
Cons
You go through a temp agency who is really bad. They didnt pay me my first 2 weeks of pay for a month. There are promises of high bonuses, but they never follow through. At every process with them, I've had to document everything just to prove I was working, yet never received bonuses.
