      pays well - which is the draw wants to learn "from you" - good for ego to hire

      Wants to learn from you "how to" actually sell Wants to meet and get introduced to who you know Will use you for a few months and then tell you they are moving in another direction - close out business model Male dominated staff - their way or no way Ego driven management - likes to hear themselves speak Horrible behind closed door conversations about staff and customers Lawsuit worthy comments

      Pros

      Honestly none. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

      Cons

      Management was for a lack of a better word, a bully. Never giving direction or instruction but yelled when things were done incorrectly. Never felt comfortable to ask questions or speak up because then I was shut out of projects and opportunities and ignored. Would go days without hearing from manager and then would need to do 3 days of work in 5 hours.
