In any customer service job you'll have rough days with certain people who come in. People can be rude, but co-workers are always there to help if need be.

You feel like this auto group knows what they are doing. They believe in right person/right seat culture. They let their GMs manage and trust their sales managers to manage their sales people. The meetings they have may be a lot but worth every second. Again that’s all when you start!

Within a few weeks you realize all the pros you just listed here are all B.S.! There are many more cons too but just way to many to list.
