      Pros

      Good Overall Idea they have been taken over by Grant Thornton, calling themselves G Office, however let's hope they manage the idea better then Webhelp & Geniac Did.

      Cons

      High employee turnover lots temps, Poor management no discipline no structures no training, no employee respect. over 8 Finance staff left during my 8 months absolutely ridiculous Management lookout for themselves no employee support

      Pros

      Good Health Insurance, low employee dollar contribution compared to others, flexible and independent work day, very progressive on using latest technology

      Cons

      high employee turnover rate, loss of employees means processes get lost and forgotten, trying to cover a large region and expecting employees to travel to projects away from family

      Pros

      I learnt a lot from a rapidly growing tech startup

      Cons

      When investors decided to 'pull the plug' there was no notice, but immediate effect. All employees got redundancy package but freelancers didn't get any protection or minimum compensation at all. At 11am they were working, at 12.30 they were out on the street with no work.
