The company isn't looking good. CEO announed in the last all hands meeting "We're probably going to sell the company." Trying to pivot, but product and engineering can't ever align, they are too vertically structured and too large to effectively pivot. Decisions never get made - they fully overhaul the product roadmap every few months, and they are too slow with protyping and user testing. There are no users, and there's no user retention whatsoever. Confidence in leadership is dropping among IC levels, who are the most qualified people at the company -- managers and leadership are extremely inexperienced. Leadership is the CEO's high school buddies, and managers are fresh out of school, and this was their first job that they happened to join as soon as it got funding. CEO is fake and doesn't care about building a real product or company - he just preaches the company mission, but its apparent he doesn't actually plan to achieve anything with it.
