Pros
There are two major divisions of Genisys Group - Software and BPM and this review is about Software division. 1) this company is still somehow running in spite of shifting from a beautiful own building to one of the worst locations - org claims they are cash rich 2) Somehow they are able to attract good people - Some of the very fine men could be seen here 3) It will be hard to get some experience anywhere else like Genisys - because once you survive here for a year, I am sure you can face any obstacles in life 4) if you are lucky one (esp technical and testing resources) could go on-site easily as the org heavily does body shopping for their customers
Cons
1) Pathetic senior management - wonder all the time, that they still have a job; did nothing as they lost all good resources by july2016 (their overall strength is <100) 2) Poor HR practices - whatever idea you may give, they would have done 3 to 5 years back and will be adamant not to do try again 3) Poor work life balance - senior management expects you to be in office for 9-10 hours daily; does not like if some one is in cafeteria for long; does not like people spending time in any extra fun activities; does not like people who are wearing good dresses - esp women with nice make-ups; if you are manager, then most of the time you will have to hear bad jokes that includes hearing something below the belt
