no pros at all.. a bunch of wannabees working together with little or no knowledge at all

Wannabee managers and others with who can be tageed as illitrate. nothing u would find here like in corporate culture. worst experiences.. pathetic hr policies... lowest of compensations.. client might withdraw their projects any min. poor woking environment. most of all team meetings to show off whatever little they know or the other way around utter foolishness. no freedom to express and so on. these are some things i remember as of now. and finally at the time of joining they will describe your designation as junior businees analyst, but in real it is analysis which is a different scene all together. Businees analyst is a a designation of high credential whereas analysis doesnt have any credentials at all. think twice before u take upa job up here.
