Pros

No pros as they say they do something but it never materialise. Get to meet nice people from around the world

Cons

Ok were to start first the whole company is a con. They promise things that never happen the upper management only talk to you when they have a share holder or executive visiting your store. Pay is not great for the work you have to do. You have to many hours or not many at all depending on the shop or who called in sick. As you work inside whole foods you come secound whole foods managers/supervisors are rude they look down on genji staff.

Pros

Pay was pretty good, free lunch is nice, the whole foods staff were always friendly. Life and accident insurance were a nice bonus. Really easy if you've got a decent team. No late nights, great if you're a morning person. If you're willing to drive a lot, dedicate a lot of time, and manage there's probably some career opportunities. I have 0 desire to manage so I didn't do any of that.

Cons

Was overworked and micromanaged. Had days where I was scheduled to work alone with high production goals and unreasonable expectations. On days I wasn't alone, I was constantly badgered to be producing at all hours, even if we were done early, but also not to produce too much? Strange to have a job that doesn't want me to be efficient, but then demands it other times. Management kept bugging us to increase sales but there is literally nothing we can do about that, since we're just a kiosk in a whole foods and have 0 control over if people actually want to shop at whole foods that day. Also the health insurance is hilariously bad. A checkup and vaccines, and absolutely nothing else is covered.
