Happy I left - Anonymous employee Genova Diagnostics Employee Review

Company’s decaying: 40+ people layoff without warning (many respectable managers), obscure internal revenue calculating system created by them and adjusted (downward) for their own best interest (when asked, no one can explain why), giving reps false hope as to when they will get paid commissions, prolonging release of quotas (for their best interest), merits increases for half the company, reps driving beat up cars with no word on when they will get a new car. Even though my current company is no utopia, I’m treated with respect, compensated very well and the Management is professional.
