Pros
They offer a lot of training and development
Cons
I've worked with this company since the very beginning of BI JAX, where I helped on-board and create processes during the ramp up project. I started with 20 employees, and there are now over 700 employees. This place is what you would consider the definition of hostile and harassment to be. As a manger, I've watched people get bullied, harassed, physically harmed, and violated. Employees have literally been beat up outside of the building, cars have been vandalized, drugs have been done, and upper management will not do anything about it. They are so worried about their turn-over rate that they have actually refused to terminate employees that have hurt others. Now, if you decide to stand up against this, you best believe that you WILL be the one getting terminated. Basically, you walk in their and take whatever that day throws at you, without saying anything or doing anything about it. I have watched so many people break down because they just cannot take the stress anymore. Good luck reaching out to the Ombudsman for assistance, as they NEVER return communication. It's sad because I did see a great future with the company itself, but the site I'm at has shown me that discrimination, harassment, and bullying are still a very real part of the workforce. Good luck walking away stress free.
