Pros
Some of the people are genuinely trying - I met some of the people who were writing processes that were were trying to learn. They were really trying to make things better for us, but they didn't have the power to make all of the changes that needed to be implemented for any real change.
Cons
Most of them are not - they will use you for your skills - they will not train you - they will move you from department to department - good luck sticking with the schedule you were hired under - good luck stick with the job description you were hired under - there is a good chance that you will be working for less money than other people in the same department doing the exact same job and they will tell you it is because they are under a company wide freeze on pay rates because of the pandemic.
