1. Internal training is non-existent for the specific role 2. They speak transformational but its mostly supporting BPO engagements 3. The margins are extremely low (less than 15%) and we always try and meet client's expectation and demand by lowering price/margins. With that in mind it will always be a downward pressure which decrease G's capability to deliver as well as provide salary/bonus increase 4. HUGE UNDER MARKET pay and bonus 5. Due to lack of hiring (possibly in relation to margin pressure as well as cost pressure), people are asked to take on multiple projects without getting praised as well as being compensated appropriately. 6. Refusing to change process because its always been that way
